| I have been using B&W Auto Service for about 7 years and have always received good, timely and efficient service. They even made time to help visiting family with an emergency repair that got them on the road again quickly. I think it's a great shop and I am pleased to have them in the neighborhood. |

| Have been using this shop for @25 years--they must be doing something right. Work has always been done when they said it would be done. Have gone out of their way to help complex situations--getting car to/from the shop, etc... Nice, friendly and honest... |

They will recommend alternatives to pricier fixes, and will look for ways to help you save while not compromising the service to your vehicle. |

| once again the team came through for me. My car is getting older and things are starting to just happen...engine lights, flat tires, funny sounds....give them a call and they are there. Only thing better would be if they picked up and dropped off my car. But I suspect that if I really needed that they would do it. |
